You take Rest.... Oops overslept! Well, slept through my alarm, having been awake most of the night tossing and turning, seemed a bit unfair. Ah well, it's my 'ladies holiday' anyway so should be taking at least the first day off... So did what is known as a 'restorative' practice. This is a series of poses, usually supported over bolsters and sometimes using straps. The poses are actually quite hard work, breathing and maintaining awareness in the postures instead of just drifting off

Lazy day, lunch at some big hotel, totally populated by locals, we were the only Western faces there, all groups of families out dining, really nice actually Sunday Roast, Indian Styleee

usual Thali but really nice and spicy.. Had to wait ages and ages, they kept ignoring our impoverished pleas.. But when it came, it was delicious... Have done some work, logging details of yoga studies done...

more tomorrow. Practice at 6.30 until then, I take rest.
